Our buffet spread features a delectable mix of modern Asian specialties, including fresh seafood, a curated cheese and charcuterie selection, and freshly cooked dishes. There’s something to delight every palate.
Indulge in our Cold Seafood Bar, featuring French Oysters, Sweet Tiger Prawns, and Scallop Ceviche, among other seafood delights. The Cheese, Charcuterie & Crispies Section offers a curated selection of chorizo, serrano, smoked cheddar, truffle gouda, and more, complemented by dips like Tamarind Chutney and Hot Bean Paste.
The à la minute dishes are the highlight. Choose from a variety of freshly prepared Cold and Hot Appetisers, including Smoked Beef Tartare-Ki, Burratina Gazpacho, Szechuan Seafood Bouillabaisse and Chinese Truffle White Asparagus. For the Mains, select one from our specially crafted options like Tri-Coloured Otak in Dover Sole with Laksa Cream Sauce, Challans Duck Two Ways, Miso Marmite Iberico ‘Porchetta’, or Stockyard Wagyu Ribeye, with a limit of one main selection per person.
Don’t miss our Desserts, featuring Cempadak Crème Brulee, Sweet Potato Mont Blanc, and Buah Keluak Chocolate Tarte, among others.
